NUGAE technology at your site
We move the technology, not the parts.
Large-format printed components are big, light and delicate to ship. The most efficient way to produce them is where they will be installed. This is why NUGAE's goal is not to print for you, but to put its technology in your hands, in two ways: NU-Hub, the system permanently installed at your site, and NU-Mobile, the technology that comes to you for a defined period.
NU-Hub: a production hub with NUGAE technology
With NU-Hub we install the complete NUGAE system in a shipyard, a factory or a workshop: anthropomorphic robot, patented extruder, NU-Slice software, CoreLight3D® materials and staff training. The cell fits in a shipyard bay and is delivered pre-assembled and tested.
From then on your company is a production hub with NUGAE technology in every respect: you produce your own components and, if you wish, those of third parties, with our support for part engineering.
NU-Mobile: the technology that comes to you
NU-Mobile (the NUGAE Mobile Factory) is the same technology in a travelling version: the printing cell arrives at your facility, is unloaded, levelled and put into production within days, then moves on. It is meant for a test on your real project, a demo in front of your technical office, or a specific production slot: a refit, a prototype, a batch of parts to be made on site.
The difference is simple: with NU-Mobile you test and produce for a defined period; with NU-Hub the technology becomes yours.

What you can produce
Hulls and hull sections, decks, hardtops, male moulds and plugs, technical furniture, custom components: all printed next to the final product, with no logistics on oversized parts.
How it works
- Needs analysis and cell configuration
- Delivery, installation and commissioning
- Training of the technical office and operators
- Production with NUGAE support for part engineering
Why it pays off
- No transport of oversized parts, no handling damage
- Response times in hours, not weeks
- Scale by adding cells, not by building a factory
- One patented technology, one supplier for hardware, software, materials and training
