This notice explains how Nugae S.r.l. processes the personal data of visitors to www.nugae.tech and of people who contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Nugae S.r.l. — Contrada Internicola snc, 98040 Roccavaldina (ME), Italy — VAT/Tax ID 03745570832. Operational office: Via Cavour 2, 22074 Lomazzo (CO), Italy.

2. What data we collect
Data you give us through the contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), the content of your message, whether you wish to receive our newsletter, the date and time of submission and the campaign parameters (UTM) of the link you used to reach us.
Browsing data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and interactions. This data is collected through cookies and similar tools only with your consent (see our Cookie Policy). Server logs needed to run and secure the website are kept for the shortest time necessary.
Correspondence: any data you include when writing to us by e-mail or through social networks.
3. Why we process your data and on what legal basis
- Answering your requests and preparing quotes — pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Sending our newsletter about news and offers — your consent (art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Website statistics and measurement of advertising campaigns — your consent (art. 6.1.a), given through the cookie banner.
- Security and proper functioning of the website — our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
- Compliance with legal obligations, including accounting and tax rules (art. 6.1.c).
4. Who receives your data
Your data may be processed, on our behalf and under our instructions, by service providers acting as data processors: hosting and cloud infrastructure providers; tools we use to receive and manage contact requests (currently Airtable Inc., USA); Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Meta Pixel) — the latter two only if you accept analytics and marketing cookies.
Data may also be disclosed to professionals who assist us (e.g. accountants, lawyers) and to public authorities where required by law. We never sell your personal data.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In such cases the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the Commission, together with any additional safeguards required.
5. How long we keep your data
- Contact requests: up to 24 months from our last exchange, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires a longer period.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
- Browsing data and cookies: see the retention periods in the Cookie Policy.
- Data needed to meet legal obligations: for the time required by the applicable law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to obtain its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, write to contact@nugae.tech. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
7. Is providing data mandatory?
The data marked with an asterisk in the contact form is necessary to answer your request: without it we cannot reply. Consent to the newsletter and to cookies is optional and does not affect our ability to answer you.
8. Minors
This website and its services are intended for professionals and are not addressed to people under 18 years of age.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page.
