A one-off hard top for a Wally Tender: frame and shaped legs printed in large format, with no plug and no mould, then laminated, faired and spray painted at the yard's standard, and delivered ready to fit on board.

A structure faithful to the design down to the details, light because it sits at the highest point of the boat, ready within the yard's schedule and with a painted finish identical to the rest of the hull.
Frame and legs 3D printed with the NUGAE system, with no plug and no mould. The printed parts were then laminated, faired and spray painted like any composite component, and delivered ready to be fitted on board.
No plug and no mould to build and dispose of. Less weight up high, where it matters for stability. Complex geometry costs nothing extra: the curves are free. A painted finish identical to a traditional part.
